The alpha is, well an alpha: very rough, about 80% complete (compared to to a beta which should be 99% complete) but looking good so far. Needs a ton of polish to get to Beta but Unknown Worlds are working their asses off to get it there, expect updates to come every week.

Sorry guys I've not renewed the BC2 server rental for this month. It was a fun game, but very badly flawed and only ever a stop-gap until a proper online PC game came out.

Next week Natural Selection 2 Alpha and Starcraft 2 are both being released, this is a great time for online PC gaming

Every one of those changes look like a code change, even if they add 10,000 lines of new code that's a tiny update (in terms of file size), the whole programme exe file is 20MB. The update is 500MB.

For some reason pbbans hasn't been streaming the last few days, I've reactivated it and pbbans.com says it's ok now.

It was dead all evening Monday despite Zerg/Supercharged/Mouse's efforts so I renamed it to "Multiplay.co.uk :: M8D International Rush server", now it's full

It's a real pain to add friends, you have to both be in the lobby at the same time so it's best if you come on TS/Steam when you're online.

Also if you have to scroll down the friends list to see a name, you can't connect to that player.

This game with be great when they finish making it.
